BUYER/SELLER SAFETY GUIDE

It is possible that some advertisements published on this site may be fraudulent. This website warns of this possibility, urging potential buyers and sellers to take extreme precautions.
The website management will try to prevent any false or fraudulent advertisements by removing them, but unfortunately it is impossible to filter all advertisements for them.
To prevent people in good faith from being scammed, we give you a series of tips to detect fraudulent ads.

Fake ads, how to detect them?

    Excessively cheap prices, it's too cheap to be true, it may not be.
    The seller/buyer resides abroad (United States, France, Germany, etc.)
    In the text of the ad it appears: I only answer the e-mail.
    Advertisements with poor translation into Spanish, poorly written, or in another language.
    Telephones that do not exist
    Towns and Provinces that do not match (Berlin/Madrid,...)
    E-mail or foreign telephone number in the advertisement.

SECURE PURCHASE

    Carrying out the transaction in person is the best option, that is, paying and collecting the item at the same time, carrying out the transactions by hand. It is advisable to make an agreement to be able to see the product and inspect it before purchasing. Before closing the transaction, make sure that the product meets what you expect from it; This way you will avoid possible inconveniences.
    Do not send money through Western Union, MoneyGram, Bidpay or other types of anonymous payment services, do not expose your credit cards, as they cannot guarantee transactions with strangers.
    Do not buy or sell outside the country. Do not accept checks from outside your country.
    Do not take into account messages that you receive from an intermediary agent that offers a secure sale, or that verifies that a transaction is secure.
    Be wary of sellers who only accept transfers as a payment method.
    Do not send money as a deposit, deposit, guarantee, shipping costs, for supposed procedures or for any other reason. There have been cases in which after the buyer makes the payment, all traces of contact from the seller disappear.
    Be wary of salespeople who cannot speak on the phone for any excuse.

SECURE PURCHASE / SALE

     The best option is to carry out the transaction in person, that is, collect and deliver the item at the same time.
     Cash on delivery. If you choose this option to sell an item, we inform you that the buyer will only be able to inspect the item if you authorize it by expressly indicating it.
     Do not accept monetary transactions via Western Union, MoneyGram, Bidpay or similar payment types, do not expose your credit card numbers, as they cannot guarantee transactions with strangers.
     Be wary of buyers who only accept transfers as a form of payment.
     Do not accept Checks issued by a bank if they come from outside Spain.
     Be wary of buyers who CANNOT talk on the phone for any excuse.
     Be wary when the buyer offers you a higher amount than requested.
     Do not take into account messages that you receive from an intermediary agent that offers a secure sale, or that verifies that a transaction is secure. WE DO NOT OFFER THAT SERVICE, WE NEVER INTERVENE IN THE TRANSACTION.

REQUEST FOR MONEY OR DATA

     When the advertiser asks you to send money in advance (for supposed procedures, miscellaneous expenses, etc.), it may be a scam.
     Never respond to requests for data or access codes to your accounts, they are sent by fraudulent emails.
